technology risk management. He has over 14 years of experience
performing IT risk assessments and remediation services for
healthcare, financial, and retail organizations and their business
associates. Larry has extensive hands-on experience executing GLBA,
HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 17799 regulatory mandates, in addition to PCI
Data Security Standards and ITIL controls
He holds multiple certifications for Certified Information
Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security
Professional (CISSP), Global Incident Analysis Center Security
Essentials Certification (GSEC), Microsoft Certified Systems
Engineer (MCSE), and ITIL v3 Foundations.
Larry lectures regularly on information security for Lorman Education Services,
Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP), Society of
Information Management (SIM), UW School of Business, Information Systems
